React.JS:

The new version will introduce a stable version of React Server Components and it will have a huge impact similar to React Hooks.

Next.JS:

They will release a stable version of the App directory (which uses React Server Components by default).

Svelte/SvelteKit:

Both are promising competitors to React/Next and Vue/Nuxt.

Tailwind CSS:

I think it will get more popular in 2023 because it is simple to learn, fully customizable, doesn’t harm your website’s performance because it is designed to be lightweight and fast which means it won’t slow down your application or require a lot of maintenance, and it’s being adopted by popular companies.

ChatGPT:

I don’t think that it’ll get some major updates in 2023 (I hope they release GPT 4 though) so learn how to work with it and use it to your advantage. Also check their API it’s interesting to play with.

Typescript:

It will get more popular in 2023

Web 3:

Learn how User Authentication works in web 3 and how to connect to the user’s wallet in your front-end project.

Flutter:

I honestly don’t think that it’ll compete with web frameworks but it’s still a valuable asset to have on hand. But if you’re interesred in mobile development then you should definitely learn it.

Have a good year and never stop learning!
